Senior Frontend Engineer

You are responsible for developing and optimizing user-friendly, high-performance, and responsive web applications. In this role, you will work closely with Design, Backend, and Product to ensure a seamless user experience.

What you will achieve
Collaboration in defining and finding solutions for our services and products
Development and maintenance of modern and scalable web applications
Implementation of responsive and interactive UI components
Integration of APIs and interfaces to the backend
Optimization of performance and accessibility of web applications
Ensuring code quality through automated tests and code reviews
Continuous improvement of the frontend architecture and enhancement through best practices
Assisting with usability tests
Evaluating and proposing new technologies and best practices
Documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
What you bring to the table
At least 5 years of experience in frontend development
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (Tailwind, SCSS), and TypeScript
Experience with monorepo architectures based on Nx
Deep understanding of frontend security (e.g., XSS, CSRF, OAuth2/OIDC, CORS)
Experience with version control (GitHub)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Strong sense for UI/UX and design patterns
Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent educational background
Excellent English and German skills
